摘要
利用湖南省29个城市2010年的城市设施水平数据构建城市设施水平指标评价体系,并运用因子模型和聚类分析对城市设施发展水平进行综合分析。通过对湖南省各城市的综合得分进行排名与分类比较,发现其在城市设施建设的各方面的优势与不足。实证得到的结论能够为合理评价湖南各城市的设施发展水平提供参考,进而为政府制定相应的战略提供依据。
In this paper,we select the variables to build a index system for Hunan Province by using the data of 29 cities＇ facilities in 2010.Then we use factor model and cluster analysis to develop a comprehensive evaluation for the service level in cities.Through studing the scores and the ranks of individual cities,we find the advantages and weakness of this point.Finally,we want to provide some reasonable references to evaluate the level of city services for the government.
