文章描述了光突发模块中PCB板设计的重要性,在此基础上,介绍了光收发模块中芯片选择的方法,进行了电磁兼容设计带宽及信号完整性分析,探讨了PCB板的干扰模式和高速电路PCB板中常见电磁干扰,提出了相应的设计原则,为尽可能的消除电磁干扰对PCB的影响提供技术支持。
This article described the importance of optical burst module PCB design,and introduced the choice of optical transceiver chip,analyzed electromagnetic compatibility design bandwidth and signal integrity,discussed the interference patterns of the PCB board and common high-speed circuit PCB board electromagnetic interference,given appropriate design principles,to provide technical support for as much as possible to eliminate electromagnetic interference impact on the PCB.
