乳腺钼靶BI-RADSⅣ级临床影像表现分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析乳腺钼靶BI-RADSⅣ级影像与临床表现特征,探讨Ⅳ级三亚型BI-RADS评估标准。方法回顾分析110例经病理证实的乳腺疾病钼靶BI-RADSⅣ级的临床及影像表现,采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行多因素回归分析。结果对照病理,本组病例恶性与左右、象限、影像的边界、密度、边缘、质地、活动度、触痛等指标显著负相关,与年龄、钙化、分叶、触诊边界、表面等指标显著正相关,F=4.249,P<0.001,表示回归显著,观察指标与良恶性相关性较大。结论指出乳腺钼靶BI-RADSⅣ级三亚型评估标准,可为临床诊治提供重要的参考依据。 Objective To study clinical and imaging findings of breast diseases with mammary diseases BIRADS gradelVand discuss evaluation criteria of the three subtypes. Methods Clinical and imaging findings of 110 patients with mammary diseases whose BI-RADS grade IV confirmed by pathology were reviewed. The data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Multiple regression analysis was used. Results Compared with the pathological results, malignant degree of all cases in this group had significant negative correlation with left and right, quadrant, lesion boundary, density, edge, texture, active degree, tenderness, etc. While it had significant positive correlation with age, calcification, sublobe, lesion boundary, surface, etc. F value was 4. 249, P 〈 0. 001, which meant a significant regression, that was greater relevance between observation indexes and pathological benign and malignant degree. Conclusions Three subtypes of BI-RADS grade have important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in breast diseases.
