摘要
本文详细介绍了发动机电力起动系统设计方面需要考虑的影响因素,从环境温度的影响,到润滑油的影响都做了详细的论述,结合作者的工作经验,对起动机设计工作中所涉及的问题进行了深入的探讨。并对蓄电池的选用及配套试验做了详细介绍。对开关及其控制电路对起动性能的影响、齿轮副的设计以及起动系统的实际工作特性都作了较深入的研究。
This paper introduces the influencing factors that we must consider in the designing of the engine＇ s power start - up system. It makes detailed treatise of the influences from either envi- ronmental temperature or lubricating oil. Combining with the writer＇ s work experience, the article makes further discuss about the design of the starter and introduces the selection of storage battery and the supporting facilities in detail. It also introduces the influences of the power and its control circuit that may disturb the start performance. In the paper, the design of the gear pair and running characteristic of the start- up system are also made in- depth research.
