摘要
在广泛文献检索基础上,对生物考古中的古DNA提取、污染鉴别、防止降解、PCR扩增分析、测序等方面的技术做了简要概述,并对其未来进行了展望,以期推动古DNA分析技术的完善和创新。
On the basis of extensive literature search,some analytic techniques in bioarchaeology like the extraction of ancient DNA,contamination identification,preventing degradation,PCR amplification analysis,sequencing,etc.were briefly summarized,furthermore their future was prospected in order to promote the perfection and innovation of ancient DNA analytic techniques.
