日粮铁锌水平对蛋中铁锌含量及蛋品质的影响 被引量:6

The effects of feeding high iron and high zinc diet to hens on the iron and zinc content in egg and egg quality

摘要 为评价高铁高锌日粮对蛋铁锌含量及蛋品质的作用 ,以含Fe 2 5mg·kg-1,Zn 6 0mg·kg-1日粮 (对照组 ) ,Fe 5 2 5mg·kg-1、Zn 6 0 5mg·kg-1日粮 (试验Ⅰ组 ) ,Fe 1 2 0 5mg·kg-1、Zn 1 2 1 0mg·kg-1日粮 (试验Ⅱ组 )饲喂2 78日龄罗曼蛋鸡 8周 ,观察蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋铁锌含量的变化。结果表明 ,与对照组比较 ,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组蛋黄铁含量提高了 42 .7%和 84.8% ,蛋黄锌含量增加了 5 5 .8%和 89.8% ,蛋白铁锌含量无显著变化。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组血浆铁含量提高了 81 .0 %和 1 2 6 .4% ,血浆锌含量增加了 5 9.6 %和 86 .1 %。各组间蛋品质无显著差异 ,但高铁高锌日粮引起蛋鸡生产性能下降。 To evaluate the effects of high iron and high zinc diet on iron and zinc content in egg and egg quality 278 day old Lohmann laying hens were fed with containing Fe 25 mg·kg -1 , Zn 60 mg·kg -1 diet (control group), Fe 525 mg·kg -1 , Zn 605 mg·kg -1 diet (groupⅠ) and Fe 1 025 mg·kg -1 ,Zn 1210 mg·kg -1 diet(groupⅡ) for 8 weeks. Observations were made on production performance, egg quality and egg iron and zinc contents. The results showed that as compared with control group the yolk iron in groupⅠ and groupⅡ were increased by 42.7% and 84.8%, yolk zinc contents by 55.8% and 89.8%, respectively. Plasma iron levels in groupⅠand groupⅡ were higher by 81.0% and 126.4% than those in control group. And plasma zinc contents in groupⅠ and groupⅡ were enhanced by 59.6% and 86.1%. However, there were no significant differences in egg quality between control group and groupⅠand groupⅡ. But, the production performance of hens was decreased by high iron and high zinc diet. Those results suggested that the diet with high iron and high zinc could cause much higher iron and zinc contents in egg.
