摘要
为了摸清梧州凉粉草的适宜栽培环境,采用田间对比试验研究了水田和旱地栽培环境对梧州凉粉草生长的影响。结果表明:水田栽培环境下的凉粉草移栽成活率与旱地相当;株高、叶长、叶宽分别较旱地高11.62%、13.17%、18.50%,差异达极显著水平;产量和多糖含量分别较旱地高10.89%和18.51%,差异达显著水平。表明,水田比旱地更适合凉粉草生长和产质量的提高。
Under field culture conditions,the influences of paddy field and dry field on the growth,yield and quality of M.chinensis were investigated to explore the suitable culture environment of M.chinensis.The results showed that the transplanting survival rate of M.chinensis in paddy field was equal to that in the dry field.Compared with the dry field,the plant height,leaf length and leaf width of M.chinensis in the paddy field were very significantly increased by 11.62%,13.17% and 18.50% respectively,yield and polysaccharide content were significantly increased by 10.89% and 18.51%,respectively.All above indicated that paddy field conditions were more suitable for improving the growth,yield and quality of M.chinensis than the dry field.
