摘要
为弄清榕树叶黄酮的含量及其抗氧化性,为其药用和食用功能开发提供依据,采用超声波法,以乙醇-水为溶剂从榕树叶中提取黄酮类物质,以分光光度法测定榕树叶中黄酮的含量,然后采用羟基自由基体系、超氧阴离子自由基体系和还原能力对榕树叶中黄酮的抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明:榕树叶黄酮的含量为29.12mg/g,其抗氧化活性与其质量浓度呈线性相关,榕树叶黄酮对羟基自由基的清除能力(IC50=8.61μg/mL)总体上强于VC水溶液,对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力(IC50=89.24μg/mL)以及还原能力均弱于VC水溶液。
In order to know flavonoid content in banyan leaves and its antioxidant activities,and to provide a reference for development of its medicinal and edible functions.The flavonoid in banyan leaves were extracted by the ultrasonic method,using alcohol-water as solvent.The content of flavonoid was determined by spectrophotometer.Then,the antioxidant activities of flavonoid in banyan leaves were studied using the hydroxyl free radical system,superoxide free radical system and reducing power.The results showed that the content of flavonoid in banyan leaves was 29.12 mg/g and its antioxidant activities appeared a good linear correlation.In general,the activity of scavenging hydroxyl free radical(IC50=8.61 μg/mL) was stronger than VC solution,but scavenging activities to superoxide free radical system(IC50=89.24 μg/mL) and reducing power were weaker than VC solution.
