摘要
本文主要论述公共图书馆对学习型社会到来的知识管理应对方案。讨论了知识管理是学习型社会对公共图书馆的必然要求,在公共图书馆应该实行怎么样的知识管理措施,这些措施之间又该如何与学习型社会学习特征相联系。最后,在知识管理基础之上提出学习型社会中公共图书馆的服务模型。
This paper discussed the knowledge management programme of public libraries when learning society was coming.The article believed that the learning society asks for public libraries must adopt knowledge management programme.Then this paper discussed the kinds of knowledge management programme that public libraries would adopt.These programme will beneficial to the learning of the learning socity.Finally,the article found a service model of public libraries which based on the knowledge management.
