粮食安全与小麦栽培发展趋势探讨 被引量:18

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,受淡水资源匮乏、土壤肥力下降、荒漠化威胁严重、病虫害多发、环境日益恶化等因素影响,世界粮食产量增长速度趋于缓慢,消费量增速大于产量增速,世界粮食库存不足,造成全球粮食价格不断攀升,粮食生产和消费的地区间不平衡性进一步增强。根据保障国家安全需要和粮食科技发展趋势,从合理利用小麦优良品种、高产优质栽培、资源高效利用、抗逆减灾、地力提升、机械化轻简栽培、无公害健康管理和低碳栽培8个方面分析提出了今后小麦栽培发展方向。 Since 1980s,affected by the scarcity of fresh water resources,decline of soil fertility,serious threat of desertification,frequent occurrence of pests and diseases,deterioration of environment and other factors,the growth rate of the world food tends to slow.The growth rate of consumption is greater than that of output,leading to shortage of the world food stocks,rising of the world food price,and then further enhancing the imbalance among regions of food production and consumption.According to the needs of national security and the development trends of food science and technology,wheat cultivation development direction was analyzed and put forward from eight aspects,including reasonable utilization of fine wheat varieties,high yield and quality cultivation,efficient use of resources,stresses and disasters fighting,improvement of soil fertility,simple mechanical cultivation,pollution-free and health management,and low-carbon cultivation.
