摘要
环境文化教育培养人类活动的环境意识与行为理念,是经济发展不可或缺的思想基础。高校兼有知识传授、技能培养、信息传播、引导教育的多重社会功能,在高校中开展环境文化教育对保护环境、保障经济发展是十分必要的。新疆高校应当探索具有新疆区域民族特色的高校环境文化教育的路径,构造新疆高校环境文化教育的网状体系,使得教育效果辐射于社会,在新疆经济跨越式发展进程中彰显环境文化教育的特殊作用。
The cultural education on environment is intended for the cultivation of environmental and behavioral notions in man＇s activities,which is an inseparable basis for economic progress.The higher institutions undertake the functions of knowledge lecture,skill training,information transmission and instruction.It is of great necessity for the environmental protection and economic security to carry out education on environment culture.XJ institutions of higher education should explore the approach to environment-culture education in the institutions with regional ethnic feature and construct the network of environment-culture education so that the education might take effect on community,highlighting its special function in such education as Xinjiang is on striding progress.
