肝硬化患者血清胰岛素样生长因子及其结合蛋白-3检测的临床意义

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子（insulin-likegrowthfactor，ⅠGFs）．Ⅰ、Ⅱ及其结合蛋8-3（ⅠGFBP-3）主要由肝细胞合成与分泌，参与生长激素介导的促组织细胞增生、有丝分裂、人体合成代谢等重要生命过程。ⅠGF-Ⅰ具有改善肝功能、缓解门脉高压、改善肝纤维化等功效^[1]。血清中仅1％ⅠGF-Ⅰ、ⅠGF-Ⅱ是游离的，95％以上的ⅠGF-Ⅰ、ⅠGF-Ⅱ与ⅠGFBP-3和酸性亚单位（ASL）结合形成150kD的三联复合物。本文采用免疫放射分析测定了57例肝硬化患者血清ⅠGF-Ⅰ、ⅠGF．Ⅱ及ⅠG．FBP-3水平，以探讨其临床意义。
