摘要
近年来,随着中西部地区经济社会发展,产业转移步伐加快,劳动力输出大省农民工"回流"渐成趋势,引起就业结构的调整,对农民工的服务模式及人力资源利用模式提出了挑战,对此有必要引起重视,政府有关部门需要加强管理,做好农民工转移的服务工作,推进农民工市民化和公共服务的均等化。
With the economic and social development of Midwest China in recent years,industrial transfers in China accelerate,and rural migrant workers from major labor-exporting provinces tends to return to their hometowns,which have caused the adjustment of employment structure,and challenged the service mode for rural migrant workers and the utilization mode of human resources.So there is a necessity to pay more attention to it and take measures accordingly.
