摘要
自2008年金融危机之后,我国企业进军海外投资不仅要面临来自市场的各类风险,同时也不断遭遇各种政治风险。了解、关注、分析我国企业"走出去"、进军海外投资过程中面临的各类政治风险,制定正确的应对防范对策很有必要。
With the deepening of China＇s reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises increased their strength,began to enter the international market,make full use of the ＂two markets and two resources＂ to serve the domestic economic development.The driving force in the huge market and the central and local government support,Chinese enterprises are accelerating their international expansion,in succession ＂going out ＂,March overseas investment.But since the 2008 financial crisis,Chinese enterprises is apparent rein in ＂going out＂,the pace of development of overseas investment.Chinese enterprises overseas investment process not only face the market all kinds of risks,but also encountered a variety of political risk.Understanding,concern,analysis of China＇s enterprises ＂going out＂,March overseas investment in the process of facing all kinds of political risk,and make the correct response,preventive measures are necessary.
