摘要
目的 对拔牙术后抑制牙槽骨过度吸收 ,保持牙槽嵴高度进行研究。方法 选择 3 3例需同时拔除下颌两侧相同部位牙齿的患者 ,按左右分组 ,一侧为拔牙后空白对照 ,另一侧拔牙后立即填塞颗粒型羟基磷灰石人工骨。即刻、12周、2 4周分别摄 X线片 ,测量两组牙槽嵴高度。结果 创口 期愈合 3 1例 ,延期愈合 2例。两组比较 ,填塞组牙槽嵴高度明显高于对照组。结论 羟基磷灰石人工骨填塞拔牙创可以其支架作用替代牙齿对牙槽骨的支持作用 ,抑制拔牙后牙槽骨的吸收 ,在一定程度上保持了牙槽嵴的高度。
Objective To study how to avoid excessive absorption alveolar bone in order to keep the height of alveolar ridge after tooth extraction. Method 33 cases, who needed extraction of mandibular molar, were divided into two groups: one received implanting of hydroxyapatite bone immediately after teeth extraction; the other was kept vacant in the alveolus after teeth extraction as the control group. X-rays were taken immediately after operation and in 12th and 24th week respectively, and alveolar ridge heights were measured. Result 31 cases enjoyed recovery in the first stage of the treatment, and 2 cases were delayed in recovery. Contrastive study showed that the alveolar ridge of the implanted group was obviously higher that of the control group. Conclusion Implanting of hydroxyapatite bone in alveolus can help to keep the height of alveolar ridge, and absorption of the residual ridge can be prevented to a certain degree.
