饮食限制诱导长寿相关基因与寿命的关系 被引量:2

摘要 数据显示,到2050年全球60岁以上人口总数将达20亿,比2000年增长逾3倍。老龄人口增多将导致衰老相关疾病,如心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤、神经退行性变等发病人数增加,对国民经济和社会造成重大影响[1]。虽然现代医学对上述衰老相关疾病的有效治疗能够延长患者的生命,但衰老相关疾病仍严重影响着老年人的生活质量。采用饮食热量限制(caloriere striction,CR)手段延长寿命的研究,自上世纪30年代开始就备受关注。大量研究显示,CR是唯一得到公认的防治衰老相关疾病、延长寿命的有效干预措施[2],对其机制的研究也一直是医学界关注的热点。
