新型单片联合制剂治疗老年高血压中国专家共识 被引量：12

摘要 随着社会经济发展和人口老龄化进程加速，我国老年患者（≥65岁）高血压发病率逐年上升，但血压的控制率仍然很低。针对这一特殊人群，合理、优化和简化的治疗方案显得尤为重要。鉴于大部分老年高血压患者需要两种或以上降压药物联合治疗方能降压达标，临床实践中通常采用自由联合或单片联合制剂（single-pillcombination，SPC）的方式治疗[1]。
