摘要
将流体动力学分析软件CFD与有限元软件ANSYS相结合,对挪威Borregarrd Trlandsfoss水电站机组的卧式双轮混流式水轮机转轮在额定工况和最大载荷工况下的强度进行了静力分析,并计算出了其应力和位移分布情况。结果表明,两种工况下,叶片出水边与上冠连接处均出现了非常明显的应力集中;最大等效应力均出现于转轮叶片出水边与上冠连接处,此处易产生疲劳破坏;最大位移均出现于下环处,即对振动较敏感的部位。
With combination of CFD and ANSYS software, static stresses of the horizontal double Francis turbine for Borregarrd Treelandsfoss hydropower plant are analyzed under the rated and maximum load conditions, and the distribu- tion of stress and displacement are calculated. The result shows that under two operating conditions, the highest stress values appears at the transition between blade and the crown on the outlet side, where the stress concentration is obvious and prone to fatigue failure. The maximum displacement is found at the junction between blade and the band, which is vi- bration sensitive part.
