摘要
鉴于水电工程EPC项目中接口管理的重要性与复杂性,在分析水电工程EPC项目接口管理的概念与分类的基础上,建立了接口管理评价指标体系,并引入灰色聚类理论建立接口管理的评价模型,通过案例验证了该模型的有效性。
In view of the importance and complexity of interface management of EPC project in hydropower engineering, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of interface management on the basis of analyzing its concept and classificatLon. And then the evaluation model of interface management is built by using grey cluster theory. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by an example.
