Knowledge Collaboration(KC) and the Relationship Between KC and Some Related Concepts

摘要指出知识协同作为知识管理的高级阶段已经成为知识管理领域的研究热点,但已有的研究缺乏对知识协同与相关概念关系的系统阐述。因此,在总结分析知识协同的概念、要素、运行模式的基础上,重点探讨知识协同与密切相关的概念——知识共享、知识转移、知识网络、知识整合、知识创新等的关系,进而构建知识协同与相关概念的关系结构图,给出知识协同与相关概念的系统动力学模型图,以加深对知识协同内涵的认识和理解,从而也说明其在知识管理研究领域中的意义和地位。 Knowledge collaboration （KC） is a hot research field of Knowledge management （KM） today as an advanced stage of KM. But the previous research doesn＇ t systematically expound the relationship between KC and some related concepts such as knowl- edge sharing, knowledge transfer, knowledge network, knowledge integration, knowledge innovation. Thus, this paper analyzes the concept, factors and operation model of KC, and proposes the dimensional model of KC, and explores into the relationship between KC and these concepts. It will deepen the understanding of KC and illustrates the significance and status of KC in KM.
