摘要
统计分析北京市三家综合性医院内科系统1987年6月门诊处方26090张。研究结果表明:(1)含精神药物的处方占总处方的20.16%,其中绝大多数处方只开一种精神药物;(2)神经科精神药物处方的比例明显高于内科,为其3倍多;(3)内科系统门诊消耗最多的是谷维素、苯二氮(艹卓)类,其次为含溴化物的健脑合剂。镇痛药在内科系统应用较少,麻醉性镇痛药极少用;4)精神药物利用与性别有关,多类药物女性比例高于男性;(5)精神药物利用与年龄组有关;(6)按照WHO建议的DDD为单位测量三家医院的精神药物利用,除谷维素的利用指数大于1以外,其它均小于1,提示药物滥用倾向不明显;(7)某些药物的利用指数很小,是否存在用药量不足的问题值得研究。
A psychoactive drugs utilization study was undertaken in 3hospitals of Beijing with their out-patient clinics of internal medicines.Using DDD (defined daily dose) for each class of drugs, an index (drugutilization index) was calculated as an indicator of usage. The resultsshowed: (1 ) The percentage of the psychoactive drug prescriptions in thetotal was 20. 16 %, most of them include one psychoactive drug; (2 ) Thepercentage of psychoactive drug prescriptions in neurology was much higherthan that in internal medicine; (3 ) The higher consumption of psychoac-tive drugs were oryzanol, benzodiazepines, follows by bromide preparations;(4 ) Utilization of psychoactive drugs was affected by sex and age; (5 )The utilization index of drugs except oryzanol was less than 1; (6) Therewas maybe an underuse problem of some drugs in the 3 hospitals becausethe index of some psychoactive drugs was too less.
