摘要
地质资料信息服务集群化、产业化(简称"两化")试点旨在通过集群化生产出多种系列的信息产品,通过建立多部门的地质资料共享机制,更加积极主动地服务于社会经济发展。试点已经取得了一些阶段性成果,需要我们仔细研究和总结分析,以便推动试点工作顺利进行。本文分析了六省市地质"两化"试点经验、主要特点、存在问题及相关建议。结果表明,政府的高度重视、专业的技术支撑,强大的资金保障,好的管理机制是推进地质资料"两化"顺利进行的根本保障。
The purpose of the geological data information services clustering and industrialization pilot aims at producing multiple series of information products by clustering;building multisectoral geological data sharing mechanism and servicing more actively in social and economic development.The pilot has made some initial results.At the same time,there are some problems that need carefully study and analyze.In this paper,author discusses the pilot experiences,features,problems and revelations.The results show the successful experiences for how to geological data information services clustering and industrialization are leadership attention,professional technical support,strong capital protection and good management mechanism.
