在X线平片上利用头颅骨性标志定位前、后连合 被引量:3

摘要 在50个成人颅脑标本上,标出前、后连合后摄X线正、侧位片,在侧位片上利用不同的颅骨骨性标志共作出8组直角坐标系,分别测出各组中前、后连合中点的坐标值,相互进行比较从而选出定位前、后连合最合适的坐标系.在正位片上则分别测量原点至颅前窝底和两眶上缘连线的距离,以及颅顶内面至颅前窝底和两眶上缘连线的距离,经直线回归分析,定出原点和左右向的冠状轴,以完成三向的立体坐标系. On 50 adult specimens, the ant- ero-posterior and lateral roentgeno- grams were taken after marking the anterior and the posterior commissu- res (AC and PC ). Based upon the different bony landmarks of the skull. 8 groups of rectangular coordinate systems were established on the lateral roentgenograms , from which the most appropriate one for localization of the central points of AC and PC was select- ed. On the antero-posterior projections the distances from the original point (O point ) and the inner surface of calvarium to the floor of anterior cr- anial fossa and the connecting line of both superior orbital margins were respectively measured. Following line- ar regression, the O point and the coronal axis were determined. and then a three dimensional coordinate syst- em was accomplished.
