摘要
简要回顾了溶出度研究的发展过程,介绍了自身对照法测定溶出度在抗生素类单组分、多组分及复方制剂检验中的应用,综述了近几年自身对照法在中药检验中的研究,阐明了自身对照法在药物溶出度的一般检验中有较大的应用价值。
In this paper we reviewed the development of dissolution and described the application of self - control method in single,multi- component and compound preparations of antibiotics. We also summarized the research of self- control method in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years and illustrated that the self- control method had great value on drug dissolution test in drug inspection.
