摘要
我们对1例臂丛神经上干撕脱伤的患者应用了胸背血管肩胛骨支为蒂的肩胛骨瓣移位行肩关节融合,同时将胸背神经移位与肌皮神经缝接。在一次手术中完成了肩、肘两关节的功能重建,获得满意疗效.
A case of avulsion of the uppertrunk of brachial plexus was treatedwith the transposition of thoracodorsalnerve to the musculocutaneous nerve,as well as scapular flap graft with thoracodorsal vessels for shoulderarthrodesis.Following the operation,the functions of shoulder and elbowjoints have been regained.
