摘要
目的观察湿性愈合疗法在压疮居家护理中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2008年7月至2011年7月家住浙江衢州城郊、因瘫痪或子女照顾等问题无法住院治疗的25例压疮患者为研究对象,指导其家属为其在家内进行湿性愈合疗法治疗及护理。结果本组患者中,有20例患者痊愈,3例患者好转,2例患者无效,总有效率为92%。结论压疮患者可在医护人员指导下居家实施湿性愈合疗法。
Objective To observe the application effects of the moist healing therapy in home care.Methods From July 2008 to July 2011,25 cases of pressure sores who were not admitted to hospital due to paralysis or child care problems were enrolled in the study.The families conducted the moist healing therapy in home care under the medical supervision.Results Of all the cases,20 were recovered,3 improved,2 ineffective and the total effective rate was 92%.Conclusion The moist healing therapy can be implemented in outpatients patients with pressure sores at home under medical supervision.
