摘要
我们采用带旋股外侧血管升支的髂骨瓣治疗股骨干骨折不愈合、股骨颈陈旧性骨折、下肢短缩并髋关节半脱位、胫骨骨缺损18例,其中带血管蒂髂骨瓣转移14例;吻合血管的髂骨瓣游离移植4例。髂骨瓣大小约为3×2.5—6×4cm。X 线片随访,骨愈合时间为2—4个月。文中介绍了应用解剖,并讨论了该术式的优点,适应症及获得成功的关键。
The diversification of the iliacflap is well known.This paper pre-sents our experiences in using theiliac flap based upon the lateralcircumflex femoral vessels to treatnonunion of femoral diaphysis,oldfracture of femoral neck or tibialdefect in 18 cases.This flap is discu-ssed in terms of its applied anatomy,advantages and disadvantages,indica-tions and so on.
