摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断胎盘早剥的声像图特点及其应用价值。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院42例胎盘早剥患者的临床资料及声像图表现。结果:42例胎盘早剥患者有39例患者经彩色多普勒超声获得诊断,诊断符合率为92.86%(39/42),漏误诊3例,漏误诊率为7.14%(3/42),其中漏诊1例,误诊2例。结论:超声对胎盘早剥诊断准确率较高,具有重要应用价值,是胎盘早剥的首选检查方法。
Objective：To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of placental abruption.Methods：To retrospective analysis the clinical data and sonography of 42 patients with placental abruption.Results：In all of the 42 patients with placental abruption,there were 39 cases were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 92.86%（39/42）,3 cases were missed or misdiagnosed,the rate was 7.14%（3/42）,which missed 1 case,misdiagnosed 2 cases.Conclusion：Ultrasound is an effective means in the diagnosissing of placental abruption,it is the most important method of examination of placental abruption.
