摘要
目的:探究乳腺癌患者行保乳手术切缘评判要点。方法:选取2009年6月-2011年6月笔者所在医院行保乳手术切缘阳性120例与切缘阴性的术后保乳成功者135例进行临床资料分析。结果:对患者保乳手术中切缘阳性结果有影响的患者临床资料为:肿瘤大小、广泛导管内癌、组织分型、同侧淋巴结转移、钙化范围,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中病理结果对切缘评估尤为重要,术前对患者钼靶检查、淋巴转移的监测可预防切缘阳性率。
Objective：To explore the breast cancer patients treated with breast-conserving operation margin evaluation points.Methods：From 2009 June to 2011 June in our hospital breast-conserving operation margin was positive in 120 patients with negative margins after breast-conserving surgery successfully in 135 cases of subgroup analysis.Results：Patients with breast-conserving operation margin positive results have implications for patients clinical data were：tumor size,extensive intraductal carcinoma,tissue typing,ipsilateral lymph node metastasis,calcification,through statistical analysis,suggesting that P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Intraoperative pathological findings on margin assessment is particularly important,preoperative patients mammography,lymphatic metastasis monitoring can prevent the positive margin rate.
