摘要
在14侧成人小腿标本及1条断肢上,观察了腓浅血管及其远侧交通支的分布情况。结果表明:腓浅血管远段与胫前动脉及腓动脉形成广泛吻合,具有形成逆行血管筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣的解剖学条件。并在临床上获得成功。本文对该术式的操作要点及适应症进行了讨论.
On 14 legs of adult cadavers andone amputated leg,the origin,courseand distribution of cutaneous bra-nches and anastomotic branches ofthe superficial peroneal vessels wereobserved.In the lower one third ofthe leg,the superficial peroneal arte-ry sends branches,1-4 in number and0.3mm in diameter each,to commu-nicate with the anterior tibial andthe peroneal arteries.These commu-nicating branches are believed to beable to support a reverse island flap.Clinically,the reverse anterolateralleg island flap has been used to re-pair a bone-exposed wound of legwith satisfactory results.
