摘要
地籍管理工作是我国土地管理的核心,运用现代化手段实现地籍自动化管理己是当今的潮流。随着计算机的快速发展,GIS技术也逐步应用到地籍管理中。由武汉中地数码科技有限公司在地理信息系统平台Map-GIS平台上自主开发的地籍管理信息系统,满足了地籍管理的自动化要求。基础数据是地籍管理的血液,因此,建立满足地籍管理信息系统要求的数据库才是地籍自动化管理系统最为重要的。本文把MapGIS应用于山东省沂源县的地籍数据库建设中,描述了从测量数据、地籍数据、档案数据的收集,系统库的建库步骤及数据库质量保证了信息的更新与维护等一个完整的籍数据库建设的过程。
Cadastral Management is the core of our national land management. Using modem means to achieve automation of cadastral management has become the current trend. GIS technology is gradually applied to the management of cadastral with the rapid development of computer. The cadastral management information system is a self - develop system based on MapGIS platform by Wuhan to Digital Technology Co., Ltd... It has met the requirements of automation of Cadastral Management. The basic eadastral data is the core of the management. So it is important to establish the cadastral database to meet the requirements of cadastral management information system in the automation cadastral Information System. This paper puts MapGIS into the construction of the Cadastral Database of Yiyuan County in Shandong Province,and describes a complete cadastral database construction process of the collection of measurement data, cadastral data and the fde data, the step of the construction of system database, the quality assurance of the database, the information update arid maintenance and so on.
