摘要
针对检测汽车制动片剪切性能的剪切试验机技术要求,采用以AT89C52单片机为核心的制动片剪切强度试验机的电气控制系统设计研究。通过对其电气系统的组成分析,依据剪切强度试验机的机械结构,采用恒速率加载法,形成加载控制算法,给出控制系统控制参数的计算,结合剪切强度试验机的工作过程选择所匹配的电子元器件。应用位置控制方式进行电气控制系统的硬件设计。完成各种阀的控制、剪切力的测量及数据的采集和显示,最后进行控制软件设计。
The paper focuses on detection technology of automobile brake linings for shear properties of shear test requirements, brake linings with AT89C52 MCU core shear strength test study on electric con- trol system design of machine. Through the analysis of its electrical system, based on shear strength test machine with constant rate loading method of mechanical structure, forming load control, give the control parameters of control system of calculation, combined with the shear strength test machine works selects the matching of electronic components. Application position control ways are used to design electrical control system hardware. Complete a variety of valve control, shear force measurement and data collection and display, and finally we control software design.
