摘要
本文针对大多数中小房地产企业在工程项目成本控制过程中只注重施工阶段的成本控制,忽略了对其它环节的现象,提出中小房地产企业成本控制存在于工程项目进程中的每一个环节,即要对中小房地产企业的成本进行全过程控制。本文也讨论了中小房地产企业工程项目各阶段成本控制策略。
Through the analysis of the development status of China＇s small and medium-sized real estate enterprises project cost control,this paper puts forward the problems in project cost control which small and medium-sized real estate enterprises can＇t completely understand the project cost control and ignore project quality cost control.Then it analyzes the causes of the problems.On this basis,it puts forward the cost control process of real estate enterprises,gives the strategies of project cost control for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,namely dividing the cost control of the project into investment decision-making phase,design phase,bidding phase,during construction and completion closing.And it discusses the cost control measures for each stage.
