摘要
为提高导弹发射车的安全性和可靠性,提出一种维修策略和方法。分析发射车故障诊断与健康管理系统的目标,制定总体结构及技术框架,优化系统监测参数及监测手段,设计并建立发射车健康管理模型。该系统可借助各种数据处理技术来诊断系统自身的健康状态,并预测故障发生的准确时间、准确位置,触发准确的管理活动,有利于提高管理和使用效率,提高部队战斗力。
A kind of maintenance strategy method is put forward for improving security and reliability of missile launch vehicle. Health management model of launch vehicle is designed and established by analyzing the target of health management system for missile launch vehicle, making general structure and technology framework and optimizing monitoring parameters and means. The system can diagnose system health state by adopting sorts of data processing technologies, predict exact time and accurate position of fault, and trigger accurate management activities. The system is used to improve management level, efficiency and military combat effectiveness.
