摘要
采用混凝剂PFS对焦化废水进行处理。分析了混凝剂PFS、助凝剂PAM、初始pH值、搅拌时间、温度等因素对COD、浊度、色度的影响。研究表明,较佳的工艺条件:混凝剂PFS为350mg/L,助凝剂PAM为18mg/L,初始pH值为8,加入PAM后的搅拌时间为8min,温度为40℃,处理后的出水COD去除率达到46%以上。
Coking waste water is treated with coagulant PFS. The effects of the factors such as coagulant PFS, coagulant aid PAM, initial pH value, agitating time, temperature etc. on COD, turbidity and colourity are analyzed. The study shows that under the better process conditions in which coagulant PFS is 350mg/L, coagulant aid PAM is 18mg/L, initial pH value is 8, the agitating time after addition of PAM is 8 minutes and temperature is 40℃, the removal rate of COD in discharged water after treatment is up to over 46%.
