摘要
目的对四川省2006-2010年非结防机构网络报告肺结核患者转诊追踪情况分析,探讨医防合作的有效机制,进一步提高人群中结核病患者的发现水平。方法采用Excel 2003对相关数据进行统计,按照国家要求的指标对5年的转诊追踪情况进行描述性分析。结果 2006-2010年四川省非结防机构网络报告的肺结核患者和疑似结核病患者总的转诊到位率为44.76%、追踪到位率为64.65%、总体到位率为80.43%。转诊到位率5年分别为:37.37%、44.75%、46.29%、43.63%和53.23%;追踪到位率5年分别为:41.91%、59.87%、67.18%、82.57%和86.03%;总体到位率5年分别为:63.61%、77.83%、82.19%、90.17%和93.47%。非结防机构报告的结核病患者主要以未痰检肺结核为主(75.31%),经结防机构追踪到位的结核病患者或可疑患者中有40.64%被结防机构排除,未痰检肺结核患者仅占3.77%。结论近5年四川省非结防机构报告的结核病患者或可疑患者转诊到位率、追踪到位率、总体到位率逐年上升,医防合作在结核病防治工作中取得明显成效。
Objective To analyze the referral tracking situation of TB patients reported by Sichuan non-TB control insititutions on network,explore the effective mechanism for cooperation of medication and prevention,further to enhance the capacity of TB patients discovery from the crowd.Methods Relevant statistical data was analyzed by using Excel 2003;descriptive analysis of track referrals for five years was conducted according to indicators of national requirements.Results Among the TB patients and suspected TB patients reported by non-TB control institutions on network during 2006-2010,the rate of proper referral and proper tracking was 44.76% and 64.65% respectively,with the overall proper rate 80.43%.Rate of proper referral in 5 years were 37.37%,44.75%,46.29%,43.63% and 53.23%;rate of proper tracking in 5 years were 41.91%,59.87%,67.18%,82.57% and 86.03%;overall proper rate in 5 years were 63.61%,77.83%,82.19%,90.17% and 93.47%.TB patients reported by non-TB control institutions were mainly patients without sputum examination,accounting for 75.31%.Among the TB patients or suspected TB patients that properly tracked by TB control institutions,40.64% of them were excluded by TB control institutions,only 3.77% had not take sputum examination.Conclusion During the past five years,the rate of proper referral,proper tracking and the overall proper rate increased year by year.The cooperation of medication and prevention has significant achivement.
