摘要
环卫业农民工的生存困境主要表现在:劳动时间长、强度大而缺少休闲娱乐,薪酬待遇低而生活贫困,安全风险突出而缺乏社会保障,精神紧张而健康状况堪忧等方面。应该从完善制度保障其基本权利、规范管理提高其薪酬待遇、健全组织畅通其利益表达机制、培育维权意识、关注其身心健康等方面提出应对策略来帮助环卫业农民工摆脱生存困境。
The living predicaments of sanitation migrant workers mainly have the following characteristics： long working hours and heavy labour intensity short of entertainment;poverty with low salary;high risk without social security;mental tension and poor health,etc.Corresponding countermeasures like consummating the system to guarantee their basic rights,standardizing management to improve their salary,perfecting organization to smooth their interest expression mechanism,cultivating right consciousness,paying attention to their physical and mental health,etc.,should be put forward to help the sanitation workers out of living predicaments.
