摘要
目的:分析探讨中西结合疗法对于小儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的80例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者为实验对象,将其分为实验组和对照组各40人,对照组患者实行手术复位联合夹板固定治疗方法,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予中药治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果的差异。结果:经治疗,其中实验组患者总有效率为80%;对照组患者总有效率为65%。两组患者的治疗结果对比具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。讨论:中西结合的治疗方法是临床上较为有效的治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折治疗手段,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective：To analysis clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating pediatric humeral condyle fracture. Methods：30 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 for each.The control group was given surgical reduction plus splint treatment;the experimental group was given Chinese medicine treatment besides.Results：the total efficacy was 80%in the experimental group,65% in the control group,the differences were significant（P0.05） .Conclusion：The integrative medicine was effective,worthy of clinical use.
