摘要
公益性科技情报机构参与实施政府竞争情报有着诸多的优势,同时也是经济全球化背景下,区域、产业、企业提高竞争力及科技情报机构本身创新发展的必然选择。在这个过程中,公益性科技情报机构需要取得政府部门的支持,同时更应加强与企业、中介机构及各类学会的互动与融合。
There are many advantages if public welfare science and technology intelligence organizations participate in implementing government competitive intelligence.Furthermore,against a background of economic globalization,such participation could improve the competitiveness of some district,certain industries or corporations and is the inevitable choice for the development of some organizations.Such organizations need the support from government sections and should strengthen the interaction among and the integration of corporations,intermediary organizations and all fields of associations.
