介绍学科馆员制度的内涵,分析高校图书馆构建学科馆员制度的必要性,指出高校图书馆构建学科馆员制度所面临的主要问题,提出高校图书馆构建学科馆员制度的几项具体措施。
The author introduces the connotation of subject librarian system, analyzes the necessity that college libraries should establish subject librarian system, points out the main issues faced by college libraries while establishing the system, and then puts forwards several measures for them.
