摘要
为了避免球磨机轴瓦温度异常升高可能导致的事故,设计一种基于可编程逻辑控制器的轴瓦温度实时监控系统。该系统安装有两类三种温度传感器,以克服现场恶劣环境产生的干扰。对采集到的数据应用贝叶斯估计融合算法进行实时处理,以提高监测精度和可靠性。实际应用表明,该系统能够准确可靠地监测球磨机轴瓦运行状态,从而有效避免轴瓦事故的发生。
A temperature monitoring system for ball mill accident is designed based on PLC and information fusion.Firstly,two types of three temperature sensors are installed to overcome the harsh environment.And then the collected data are processed based on Bayes estimation fusion algorithm to improve the monitoring accuracy and reliability.The application shows that the system can accurately and reliably monitor the ball bearing running,and effectively avoid accident.
