熔融反应扩链制备高黏度PA6及其力学性能研究 被引量:6

Preparation and Mechanical Properties of High Viscosity PA6 via Melting Chain-extending

摘要 采用熔融反应挤出作为聚酰胺6(PA6)的扩链方法,以不同马来酸酐含量的苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)为扩链剂,对PA6进行了扩链研究。对扩链后产物的特性黏度、熔体质量流动速率、氨基含量、凝胶含量及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,马来酸酐摩尔分数为50%的SMA对PA6扩链效果较好,可使其特性黏度由2.0dL/g增大至4.2 dL/g,熔体质量流动速率则从115 g/10min减小至0.5 g/10min;通过扩链后的PA6氨基滴定测试表明,SMA在熔融挤出过程中与PA6末端氨基官能团进行反应从而引发PA6扩链。经扩链改性,PA6的力学性能得到明显改善,拉伸强度由62 MPa提高至85 MPa,缺口冲击强度则从3.8 kJ/m2提高至7.5 kJ/m2。 High viscosity PA6 was prepared via melting extruder chain-extending using different SMA as chain-extender. Intrinsic viscosity, melting flow rate, terminal amino group content, gel content and mechanical properties of the chain extending product were characterized. Results showed that, SMA with 50% maleic anhydride had well effect on the PA6 ; the intrinsic viscosity increased from 2.0 dL/g to 4. 2 dL/g, the melt flow rate was decreased from 115 g/10min to 0. 5 g/10min. Amino titration of the PA6 showed SMA reacted with the amino functional group thus caused the chain extending of PA6 of which the mechanical prop- erties increased. The tensile strength was enhanced from 62 MPa to 85 MPa, and the notched impact strength was increased from 3.8 kJ/m 2 to 7.5 kJ/m 2.
