慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床治疗体会被引量：3

Experience in Clinical Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Acute Exacerbation Phase

摘要 42例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组22例,给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星或依替米星;对照组20例给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦或左氧氟沙星。结果治疗组总有效率96.0%,对照组为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率分别为4.0%和10.0%。
