疑难病例析评：第263例 腮腺及颈部肿物—肺部阴影—黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤

摘要 患者女，60岁，因发现右侧腮腺及颈部肿物3年余、肺部阴影1年就诊。3年前无意中发现右侧腮腺区肿物，未予诊治。其后肿物渐增大，并出现多发颈部淋巴结肿大，于2009年12月在当地医院就诊。
