摘要
本文在对标准和法律基本分析的基础上,探讨了二者的共性与差异性,进而阐述了二者之间的关系,并提出了提升法律与标准交互作用的建议。
Based on the basic analysis of the characteristics of standards and laws, this article studies the commons and difficulties between them and argued their relationships. Meanwhile, it also supplies some suggestions to improve the relationships between them.
