摘要
目的观察注射用益气复脉(冻干)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组30例,给予常规治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组基础上加用注射用益气复脉(冻干),每次8瓶(每瓶0.65g用5 mL注射用水溶解),加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL稀释后静脉滴注,每日1次,2周1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后临床症状及血气指标的变化。结果 2组治疗后临床症状(咳嗽、气喘、肺部干湿性啰音)及血气指标与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论注射用益气复脉(冻干)明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并呼吸衰竭的临床症状,改善血气各项指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of injection Yiqifumai on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in control group were given with the routine treatment;30 cases in treatment group were given control group＇s routine treatment combined with injection Yiqifumai（freeze-dried） 8 bottles（0.65 g/bottle with 5 mL injection water solution）,add in 250 mL 5 % glucose diluted intravenous drip,once a day.Clinical symptoms and the changes in blood gas were observed before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences between two groups on clinical symptoms（cough,asthma and pulmonary rales） and blood gas index after treatment（P0.05）.The improvement of the treatment group was superior to that in control group.Conclusion Injection Yiqifumai（freeze-dried） can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure,improve blood gas index,shorten the days in hospital patients.
