摘要
通过与传统湿式切削加工的对比,介绍了金属干式切削加工的技术优点和发展趋势,分析了氮化碳涂层刀具的特点。通过干式切削淬火钢的试验,分析了涂层刀具干式切削加工的技术特点及刀具的磨损机理。试验表明,氮化碳涂层能够很好地保证干式切削的进行,涂层一旦磨损,刀具很快磨损;切削参数中切削速度对刀具寿命影响最大。
Compared with traditional wet machining,the advantages and development trends of dry-cutting were introduced,the characteristics of carbon nitride coated tools for dry cutting was described.By the experiments of dry-cutting chilled steel,the tool wear mechanisms and features of coated tools for dry machining were analyzed.The experiments show that carbon nitride coating can ensure good conduct of dry cutting;the tool will soon wear as the coating worn.The greatest impact on tool life is cutting velocity in cutting parameters.
