摘要
设计了针对电机运行的监控系统。主要介绍了由PC与PLC组成的监控系统以及它们之间的通信协议。运行结果表明:该系统能实时调节、显示电机转速,监控其运行。该系统构成成本低,具有可移植性、灵活性和实用性。
This paper presented a supervision architecture for a motor operation,not only dealing with data processing,transmission and graphical user interface(GUI),but also with devices such as personal computer(PC),programmable logic controller(PLC),speed sensor,motor,and other actuators.Sufficient details on the communication protocol had been given to show how to integrate PC with PLC to provide supervision and control functions.The result indicates when implemented and integrated successfully,the system has the capability to monitor the variables and manipulate motor in operation.Such ideas as generic components and modular programming in this study would contribute to a practical supervision control with low cost,flexibility and transplantation.
