摘要
微博已经成为中国人交朋结友和发表意见的重要平台,同时也存在谣言泛滥等诸多负面现象。2011年底到2012年初,微博实名制在北京市开始全面推行,采取了"后台实名、前台自愿"的方式。微博实名制的采取,对于规范社交网络上机构和个人的言论,增强社会诚信,具有一定的积极意义。
Weibo （Chinese twitter service） has become a major platform of making friends and giving comments for Chinese people. From the end of 2011 to the beginning of 2012, Beijing City gradually implemented the real name policy. The weibo user can choose whether display his/her real name online, but his/her real name will be acquired by the weibo service providers compulsorily. Weibo＇s real name policy will make be beneficial for regulating the expression of opinions and enhancing social credibility in Chinese society.
