氨溴索联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年社区获得性肺炎疗效观察被引量：13

摘要目的:评价氨溴索联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法:将82例老年CAP患者随机分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(41例)。治疗组给予氨溴索联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,对照组仅给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,治疗10 d后,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组有效率为92.68%,显著高于对照组(70.73%),差异有统计学意义。两组均未发生药物相关不良反应。结论:氨溴索联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年CAP疗效显著,用药安全,值得临床推广。
